Dr. Soriano received her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University, Medical Degree and OB/GYN residency at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is board certified.
After her residency, she moved to Ft. Collins. She was voted by fellow physicians in Larimer County as the Larimer County Physician of the Year for 2005.
After practicing six years in Larimer County and serving as the Perinatal Department Head at McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Dr. Soriano and her husband, Kevin Kirchmar, decided the quieter, friendlier community of Fort Morgan would be the ideal place to call home. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, Ryli and her four-legged children Lili and Charli.
Michelle Nadon is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Michelle earned her Master's in Nursing as a FNP in 2009 and her DNP in 2012 from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. In 2017, Michelle became certified as a Lactation Counselor and is able to assist with any breastfeeding issues. She joined Women's Clinic of the Plains in 2010.
Michelle is listed on the Colorado Advanced Practice Registry and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She was a recipient of the Professional Nurse Traineeship Award in 2008 and 2009 and the Colorado Rural Outreach Program Award in 2011.
Michelle and her husband, Brian, live in Fort Morgan with their daughter Chloe, son, Gilbert and one dog Louie.
Christine Black, MD was raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, where her parents and sister still live. She went to college at University of Nebraska in Lincoln (go Huskers!) and majored in Women's Studies and pre-medicine. Dr. Black then returned to Colorado for medical school at CU and completed residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She joined Women's Clinic of the Plains in 2016. She is board eligible.
Christine and her husband, Andrea, have a son, Santiago, a dog, Stella, and two lovebirds. In her spare time she likes to travel and cook.
Jyl is our ultrasonographer. She has been practicing since 2000. Jyl attended the University of Colorado Health and Sciences Center in Denver where she obtained her ultrasound certificate. She is a member of the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
Before her ultrasound career, Jyl attended Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado where she earned an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology. She is also a registered radiologic technologist. Currently, Jyl is specializing in obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound and is practicing by the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine guidelines.
Kim is the Lead Nurse for Women's Clinic of the Plains and an LPN. She has been with the practice since it opened in 2006. Kim specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She resides in Merino, and has three grown children, Jason, Joel and Julieann and one grandson Brayden.
Angie is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She graduated from Northeastern Junior College with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1997. She resides in Fort Morgan with her husband Brian. They have two children, Sam and Elizabeth.
Colleen is a Medical Assistant. She graduated from Western Technical College in 2011. Since graduating she has worked at multiple clinics within Colorado Plains Physician Practices and joined Women's Clinic of the Plains in 2013. She lives in Brush and has three children, Seth, Ariana, and Josiah.
